What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments with Bitcoin and bank transfer. Bitcoin offers both us and our customers maximum privacy. Have no experience with Bitcoin? Our customer service team will be happy to help you get started. We have also activated bank transfer as a payment option due to high demand.

Can I order safely through your webshop?

Yes, you can order securely through our webshop. Our webshop uses SSL encryption, which means that all data is securely stored and protected from third-party access. In addition, our server is hosted offshore for extra security.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our customer service team. We are ready to assist you.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, that’s not necessary. All orders are shipped as letterbox mail for easy receipt.

Why are you the cheapest webshop in the Benelux?

We buy directly from the manufacturer. Our large customer base allows us to buy in bulk and keep prices low.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received.

How will my order be packaged?

We ensure that your order is packaged discreetly and securely. All products are vacuum packed to prevent odors. In addition, orders are shipped in blank envelopes to ensure your privacy.

What are the expected delivery times?

We strive to ship your package the same day, unfortunately it often happens that the shipment is a little later.
